There is no guarantee that the Services will meet your expectations, remain uninterrupted, or that specific features will always be available. The performance of the VPN Service—including coverage, speed, quality, and server location—can vary and might be affected by numerous factors such as third-party service failures, emergencies, equipment failures, network limitations, and interference with signal strength. VPN Protect - Phone Shield retains ownership of the VPN Protect - Phone Shield service and its associated visual interfaces, information, servers, products, software, graphics, and all other components.
By using the Content and Services, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VPN Protect - Phone Shield and its employees, directors, agents, suppliers, affiliates, and their respective directors, shareholders, and members, from any claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the Content and Services, or any breach of this Agreement. VPN Protect - Phone Shield may take over the defense and control of any claim for which you must provide indemnification, though this does not excuse your indemnity obligations.
